This bonus is paid once per month on the 16th of the following month, so the bonuses paid on the 16th of June are for orders placed during the month of May.
Please view the charts on pages 25 & 26 of the Comp Plan Overview, as you will see there are 22 payments of 3% from Associate to Senior Executive or above. Depending on how high you are ranked, it is possible to receive multiple payments on each order. The chart on page 26 shows how the payments are made up through the Retirement Tree.
